Join The Music Class In Person
We are offering the following programs in our New Orleans area locations.
The Music Class: Mixed-age classes for infants up to 4-year-olds with a parent or caregiver.
The Music Class Big Kids: Class for 4 to 6-year-olds with a parent or caregiver.
The Music Class Infants Only: Classes for our youngest little friends who are not yet walking, maybe not crawling or just starting to explore!

TMC In Person Information
Calendar:
Spring Session (10-week Session)
- Spring Session starts the week of March 2nd-8th
- No classes April 11th - 17th
- Classes end the week of May 21st.
- Trial classes will be allowed starting week 1.
Tuition:
The Music Class: $198 for the full 10-week session. Classes meet one day a week for 45 minutes. Tuition includes access to The Monkey Collection on The Music Class app.
All Music is provided on The Music Class app.
Summer Session featuring The Panda Collection!
Mandeville Location-Classes start May 11th and will feature a 10 class session
Metairie and Uptown Locations-Classes will start June 3rd, both will feature an 8 week session.
No Classes:
- Mandeville-May 18th, May 25th-May 31st and July 1st-7th.
- Metairie & Uptown-July 1st-7th.
Classes:
- Classes are 45 minutes long, parents/caregivers and their little ones will all participate(adults are very important for our little friends to learn and enjoy, you help make them feel comforatable, to help show singing and participating, using instruments, etc.)

All classes end the week of August 3rd with a potential make-up week starting Aug. 10th.

All locations are open for Trial Classes and will offer two-4 class segment options(Metairie & Uptown will have 1 segment in June and the other starting July 8th).
- All families are encouraged to listen to the Panda Collection on the app and will all recieve The Panda Collection songbook, featuring all the songs, music sheets and coloring pages.
Tuition:
Mandeville is $198 for the 10 class session.
Metairie & Uptown are $159 for the 8 class sessions.
Makeup Classes:
- Fall, Winter, and Spring session families can schedule 2 makeup classes at any time for any reason during their session. Families can schedule these makeups online through their parent dashboard.
- Additional makeups are always allowed due to illness. Please simply call or email the office to schedule.
Additional Safety Precautions:
- Please do not attend class if you or your child is feeling sick! Additional makeup classes can always be scheduled in case of illness!
- UVC or HEPA air cleaners are installed in all TMC studios.
- Adults and children must clean their hands with hand sanitizer or soap and water in the sink when they arrive.
Instruments:
- We use communal instrument bins, however, families are more than welcome to create their own personal bins for use in class if they would prefer.
- Families can always bring their own instruments or use the TMC instruments provided in class.
- Instruments brought from home should include shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, and play-along percussion. Be sure to bring enough instruments for each adult and child in your family. (Instrument kits are available for purchase from TMC.)
- Parents/caregivers using TMC instruments will be responsible for cleaning the instruments in their kit at the end of class.
- We ask that all instruments be stored on our shelves during class and only brought down when needed.
