Our innovative Family Yoga program blends yoga and the music of TMC to inspire a foundation of mindful living for caregivers and children 6 weeks - 4 years. In class you can expect to sing, dance, practice poses and learn kid-friendly breathing techniques that will leave you and your child feeling "in tune".

Event Message

Thanks for signing up! Only children require tickets (their adults are included for free). Every child requires a ticket to come.

No yoga mats or props are required for class. Please wear comfortable clothing suited for movement. Please note that this studio is not handicap accessible. We are one flight of stairs above the ground floor. We're in the Toco Hills Shopping Center on North Druid Hills Road between La Vista Road and Clairmont Road. Look for The Music Class sign upstairs, left of Publix.
