The Wheels on the Bus: A Celebration of Language!
“The Wheels on the Bus” was published in the US by Verna Hills in 1939 and has wheeled around our collective consciousness for the past 86 years. The song is so simple and catchy that versions of the tune can now be found in innumerable languages. To celebrate the multicultural family that is The Music Class, today we’re going to look at The Wheels on the Bus in as many different languages* as I can fit on this page!
If your family speaks another language (or two), it would be wonderful to share your version of The Wheels on the Bus with your class! We (your TMC teachers) would absolutely love to hear it!
*Important note - I (Ms. Raina) don’t speak all of these languages, so please feel free to send corrections to info@themusicclass.com if I made any mistakes!!
