REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is strictly enforced so that everyone can enjoy the best possible classroom experience.

TUITION REFUNDS:  Families who have registered for a session and then are unable to attend will receive a refund if the refund is requested two weeks PRIOR TO the start date for that session. Individually missed classes may not be exchanged for class credit for future sessions.  We encourage families to reschedule missed classes within the same session using our Makeup Policy.

 

MAKEUP POLICY:  Our makeup policy is designed to allow registered students the opportunity to reschedule missed classes only within the registered session. Makeups are NOT additional credits, do not rollover to another session, are not eligible for tuition refund, and cannot be transferred to another student.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTIES:  All birthday party fees are non-refundable.  If you must cancel your party, you may request a partial credit to reschedule.  Requests must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the originally scheduled date and time of the party.  Requests made within less than two weeks of the scheduled date and time of the party will not be considered for refund.

 

REFUND FEE:  All refunds and credits are subject to a $10 processing fee PER REGISTERED STUDENT.

 

SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS:  All special event tickets are non-refundable.
