Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued if we are unable to meet due to a government-ordered shutdown, bad weather, or natural disaster.
In the case of a government-ordered shutdown, bad weather, or natural disaster, the following refund requests will not apply.
Refund Requests, at least five business days before session
Full refunds are available with no questions asked as long as we receive your request five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received four business days or fewer before the session starts, and before the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee.
Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before week five of the session: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $35 materials fee, and $17 for each class that has occurred.
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
Additional Terms
Beaumont Music Makers reserves the right to withdraw a student from class at any time at its discretion. We will refund any withdrawn families their tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $35 materials fee, and $17 for each class that has occurred.
Absence and Make-Up Policy
We use The Music Class App to ensure that the studio does not become over-crowded. If you are going to be absent to class, please use your app to Schedule Your Absence on the Parent Dashboard. This will free up a seat for someone else to make up a missed class or to try out class. You have the option to make up a class if space allows for you to do so. If you would like to make up a class, you MUST schedule it on the app.
Waiver and Release
I, on behalf of myself, my child, or our heirs, successors and assigns, hereby release and forever discharge Beaumont Music Makers, LLC, along with all of its agents, employees, directors, assigns, and attorneys, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or suits arising out of any injuries, known or unknown, which have resulted or may in the future result from any Beaumont Music Makers, LLC, sponsored activity or event.
I hereby assume all risk of injury to myself, my child, and his/her in-class caregiver associated with any such activity or event and fully indemnifies and holds harmless Beaumont Music Makers, LLC, along with its agents, employees, directors, assigns, and attorneys, from and against each and every liability, loss, cost, damage, and expense, including attorney's fees, which Beaumont Music Makers, LLC, along with its agents, employees, directors, assigns, and attorneys, may incur as a result of any Beaumont Music Makers, LLC, sponsored activity or event.
