Refund Policy

Full refunds are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session.  (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.) There is no refunds for single lessons. 

TMC REFUND POLICY FOR 10 WEEK SESSIONS AND SUMMER SESSION

Five or more days before the session starts.

Late Refund Requests

Refund requests received four business days or less before the session starts, and before the first time your class meets:  We will refund your tuition minus a $30 administration fee.

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before week five: We will refund your tuition minus a $30 administration fee, a $34 materials fee, and $21.60 for each class that has occurred.

Refund requests will no longer be honored after the fourth week of the session. 

Materials

$34 of your tuition pays for materials.  If you received materials and return them to ourl office with the CD still in its shrink wrap and the book in new condition, we will refund you the $34 materials fee.  Office addresses

If you did not receive materials, be certain to let us know. After confirmation with your teacher we will refund the $34 materials fee.

Siblings 

Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee.  The sibling refund rate is $15 per class.

Major Medical

If you miss more than 2 consecutive classes due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class.  We will refund you for the classes not taken.  A doctor's note will be required.

Credit Toward Future Session

We do issue credits towards future sessions. Registration on the next session is required though.
