REFUND POLICY
Full refunds minus material fees are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)
LATE REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests received after the session start date: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee. Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before week five for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $30 materials fee, and $17.00 for each class that has not yet occured.
COVID 19 SUMMER 2020 REFUND REQUESTS
No refund requests will be honored for Covid-19 shutdowns. We will offer virtual classes to all families enrolled in our studio classes in the place of in person classes should the city, county, state, or federal government deem it necessary for our business to shut down.
MAJOR MEDICAL
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
CREDIT TOWARD FUTURE SESSION
We do not issue credits towards future sessions.
SPECIAL REFUND POLICY FOR SPRING 2020 COVID-19 CREDITS
We will offer credit toward future sessions as long as requests are made no later than Friday April 17. Credits may have to be split up to be used in multiple sessions so we can honor your request while continuing to pay our teachers and overhead. We will honor as many credits as quickly as we possibly can.
If your family does not contact us by email, text or phone for credit by Friday April 17 then will we assume your family has chosen to attend the virtual classes in lieu of the studio class.
