Karen is our Center Director and the Chief Manager at Mapleford Studio. She has a strong background in private education and tutoring and has been teaching piano, voice, and guitar lessons since 1997. She developed and conducted an audition choir of 10 to 16 year old homeschooling students for 4 years. She has assisted in 2 productions of the Rochester Dance Theater by rehearsing the children's choir for Polar Express and the youth octet for A Midsummer's Night Dream. Also she worked with the local Suzuki Association for 3 years providing enrichment classes for first and second year students. Now as covid-19 is winding down she is rebuilding her studio back to the over 100 students mark.
