REFUNDS for "At Home" Classes
7 days or more prior to your class start date: No questions asked, full refund
2 days before the class start date: We will refund your class minus a $20 administration fee
After class start date and prior to class week 3: We will refund your class minus the $20 admin fee, $21 materials fee, and $10 per class that has already occurred (regardless of whether you attended).
After the 3rd week of classes: No Refunds.
ABSENCES:
We know you're super busy, but it would be really helpful to our teachers if you would let us know you'll be absent for our Zoom class. You can do this by logging in to your Dashboard and clicking where it says Absences. This will also help us keep track of any makeups owed.
MAKEUPS:
We want you to enjoy every class! With classes at home, we have a few different options:
1. You may makeup any class you've missed in another class during the same session (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) in which you are enrolled. Be sure to log in to your Dashboard to schedule your makeup so your teacher knows you'll be there!
2. Makeups may not be carried over into other sessions, and must occur within your same session.
3. For At Home Classes, a recording will be made and uploaded to the MusicMakers Academy YouTube channel whenever possible so that you can view the class on your own, which counts as a makeup.
4. We cannot refund you for missed classes.
