Musical Children Refund Policy for 10  week sessions and summer session

Full refunds are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session.  (Note that we don't determine the date based on your first  scheduled class, but instead from the first day of that session.)

Full refunds are available with no questions asked as long as we receive your request five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don't determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)

Late Refund Requests

Refund requests received four business days or less before the session starts and before the first time your class meets.  We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee.

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before week five : We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $30 materials fee, and $15.00 for each class that has occurred.

Materials

Families who were previously enrolled in a TMC class that used the same materials as the current registration request will receive a materials discount.The discount will be applied automatically when you checkout. Families receiving this discount will not receive a new set of materials this session. Please contact us if you would like to get a new set of materials this session.   

If you did not receive materials, be sure to let us know.  After confirmation we will refund materials fee.

Siblings

Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee.  The sibling refund rate is $15.00 per class.

Major Medical

If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for your missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken.  Please supply a doctor's note.

Credit Toward Future Session

We do not issue credits towards future sessions.
