REFUND POLICY
Full refunds minus material fees are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.) If you miss a class, please schedule a makeup class through the website. Makeups can be made at any other class and at any other location if age appropriate and space availability. Makeups must take place during the session you have registered for. For LATE REFUND REQUESTS received after the session start date: If your request is approved, we will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $40 materials fee, and $25.00 for each class that has not yet occurred.
