Refund Policy

 

Full refunds are available each session as long as the refund request is made 7 business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes of that session.)

FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS:

Full Refunds
For all classes, full refunds are available for any reason if the refund request is received before 7 days before first day of session.

Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received 7 days before the first day of session and the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $12 administration fee and a $38 materials fee. (We are not accepting returned songbooks.)

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before Week 4: We will refund your tuition minus a $12 administration fee, a $38 materials fee, and fee per class up till the week you withdraw. (We are not accepting returned songbooks.)

Refunds are not available on or after Week 4.

Siblings
Families with more than one child enrolled in the same session will be charged only one administration fee & material fee. The sibling refund rate is $20.20 per class.

Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.

Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits toward future sessions.
