Refund Policy for Fall 2024
FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS:
Full Refunds
Full refunds are available for any reason if the refund request is received before September 3, 2024.
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between September 3 and the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee.
Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before October 5, 2024: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $25 materials fee if a songbook was provided to you (we are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs), and $14.50 for each class that has occurred.
Refunds are not available on or after October 5, 2024.
Siblings
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. The sibling refund rate is $12.00 per class.
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken.
Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits toward future sessions.
4-WEEK SEGMENT REGISTRATIONS:
Refunds for 4-week segments are not available. If you are uncertain about signing up for a segment, please schedule a free Trial Class first!
