Refund Policy

Full refunds are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)

 

Refund Policy for Fall 2025

FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS:

Full Refunds
For all classes, full refunds are available for any reason if the refund request is received before August 4, 2025.

Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between February 24 and the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee and a $25 materials fee if a songbook was shipped or provided to you. (We are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs.)

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before September 16, 2025 for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $25 materials fee if a songbook was shipped or provided to you (we are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs), and  $19.40(Infant/TMC) $20.40(Big Kids) for each class that has occurred.

Refunds are not available on or after September 16, 2025.

Keyboard Class - Families enrolled in Keyboard class commit to each 10-week session. Because we cannot replace students who leave keyboard class, we do not offer credits or refunds of any kind to students who drop out of keyboard class after the first class meeting.

Siblings (In Person classes only)
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. The sibling refund rate is $14.00(Infant/TMC), $15.00(Big Kids) per class.

Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.

Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits toward future sessions.

4-WEEK SEGMENT REGISTRATIONS:
Refunds for 4-week segments are not available. If you are uncertain about signing up for a segment, please schedule a free Trial Class first!

Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between May 27 and the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee and a $25 materials fee if a songbook was shipped or provided to you. (We are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs.)

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before July 7, 2025 for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $25 materials fee if a songbook was shipped or provided to you (we are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs), and  $17.00(TMC) $18.00(Big Kids) for each class that has occurred.

Refunds are not available on or after July 7, 2025.

Siblings

Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before March 25, 2025 for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee, a $25 materials fee if a songbook was shipped or provided to you (we are not accepting returned songbooks or CDs), and  $18.40(Infant/TMC) $19.40(Big Kids) for each class that has occurred.

Refunds are not available on or after March 25, 2025.
