REFUND POLICY
These policies exist and are enforced to ensure that all of our students and teachers enjoy the best possible classroom experience.

TUITION REFUNDS
Families unable to attend a session for which they have registered may receive a refund PRIOR to the refund deadline for that session. The refund deadline is set at two weeks before the session start date. Individually missed classes may not be exchanged for class credit or refund. We encourage families to reschedule missed classes within the same session using our Makeup Policy.
REFUND FEE
All refunds and credits are subject to a $10 processing fee PER REGISTERED STUDENT.
MAKEUP CLASSES
Our makeup policy is designed to allow registered students opportunities to reschedule missed classes within the registered session - only. Makeups are NOT additional credits, they do not roll over to another session, cannot be refunded, and cannot be transferred to another student.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Birthday parties are non-refundable. If you must cancel your party, you may request a partial credit to reschedule. Requests must be made in writing at least two weeks in advance of the party’s original scheduled date and time. Requests made within less than two weeks of the scheduled party will be denied.
SPECIAL EVENT TICKETS
Special event tickets are non-refundable. We would encourage families who must cancel to give their ticket to another family.
