A short form on our website allows you to enter the recipient's email, a personalized message, and the value of the gift.
The recipient will receive an email with your name, message, a code and a pdf of the certificate that they can use at any time to redeem your gift.

Important: To purchase a Gift Certificate online you must first create an account with The Music Playhouse (our locations are in Indianapolis and Carmel, Indiana)
