Refund Policy for Winter 2023
FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS
Full Refunds
Full refunds are available with no questions asked as long as we receive your request before November 22, 2023, for all classes.
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between November 22nd and your first class : we will refund your full tuition minusa $6 processing fee.
Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before January 14th for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $10 administration fee, plus the cost of the daily class fee of $19.80 for each class that has occurred, you will still have access to all the songs on our app for that collection.
Refunds are not available after January 14th, 2024.
Keyboard Class - Families enrolled in Keyboard class commit to each 10-week session. Because we cannot replace students who leave keyboard class, we do not offer credits or refunds of any kind to students who drop out of keyboard class after the first class meeting.
Siblings (Indoor classes only)
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged a $10 processing fee. The sibling refund rate is $15.00 per class.
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
4-WEEK SEGMENT REGISTRATIONS
Refunds for 4-week segments are not available. If you are uncertain about signing up for a segment, please schedule an observation class or visit one of our free events first.
Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits towards future sessions.
