TMC NOLA Refund Policy
Full refunds are available each session as long as the refund request is made five business days or more before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)
Refund Policy for Summer 2025
FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS:
Full Refunds
For all classes, full refunds are available for any reason if the refund request is received before May 26, 2025.
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between May 26 and the first time your class meets: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee.
Refund requests received after your first class meeting and before June 27, 2025: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee and $17.80 for each class that has occurred.
Refunds are not available on or after June 27, 2025.
Siblings
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. The sibling refund rate is $12.00 per class.
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits toward future sessions.
4-WEEK SEGMENT REGISTRATIONS:
Refunds for 4-week segments are not available. If you are uncertain about signing up for a segment, please schedule a free Trial Class first!
