TMC NOLA Refund Policy
Full refunds are available for each session, provided the refund request is made at least 5 business days before the first day of the session. (Note that we don’t determine the date based on your first scheduled class, but instead from the first day of classes that session.)
Refund Policy for Spring 2026
FULL SESSION REGISTRATIONS:
Full Refunds
For all classes, full refunds are available for any reason if the refund request is received before February 22, 2026.
Late Refund Requests
Refund requests received between February 22 and before March 28, 2026, for all programs: We will refund your tuition minus a $25 administration fee and a $17.80 fee for each class that has occurred.
Refunds are not available on or after March 28, 2026.
Siblings
Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged only one administration fee. The sibling refund rate is $12.00
Major Medical
If you miss class due to a major medical condition, such as hospitalization or prescribed bed rest, contact us no later than 2 weeks after your first missed class. We will refund you for the classes not taken. Please supply a doctor's note.
Credit Toward Future Session
We do not issue credits toward future sessions.
