Join us for music and movement class! These classes are for a babies, toddlers and preschoolers age 0-4, accompanied by an adult caregiver. Adults and their kid(s) will sing, dance, move and explore percussion instruments. No experience necessary!

Class time
Saturdays at 9:15am
Class is 45 minutes
Spring: 8 week session, each Saturday 5/2-6/20, make-up class 6/27
Summer: 8 week session, each Saturday 7/11- 8/29, make-up class 9/5

Class Location
the beautiful, spacious & historic Chatham Mills Studio, 480 Hillsboro Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312
(class is during the Chatham Mills farmers market which I encourage families to check out before or after class!)

Tuition
8 week session: $160, each additional sibling is $120
I accept sliding scale rate between $80-$160 for families who are not able to pay full tuition rate
If you are unable to come to several of the classes, we can also discuss a different rate

Spring Session Includes access to award-winning Elephant Collection song recordings via phone app, which families are encouraged to enjoy together at home and in the car! Summer session will include the Dolphin Collection

Free trial class for all new families
I welcome new families and will pro-rate tuition if your family joins the session late
 

About Ms. Sarah:
I am a musician and preschool teacher, currently living in Chapel Hill, NC. I have over a decade of teaching experience and a B.A. in General Music from UNC Asheville. I instructed the Music Class curriculum in New Orleans for several sessions between 2022-2024, before moving back to central NC where I am from. I had so much fun teaching the Music Class curriculum in NOLA, so I decided to start my own center in North Carolina! This Winter was my first session as Center Director, which was held in Pittsboro at Bynum Front Porch. I also enjoy yoga, hiking with my dog and connecting with nature in the Triangle NC.
I am excited to join the roster of amazing teachers at Chatham Mills Studio!

Accessibility note: In these classes, we sit on the ground and stand from sitting from the ground. Movements can be adjusted to fit individual needs and chairs are available.
