Miss Christina

This will be Miss Christina’s first year of teaching with Miss Polly’s Music Class, but she is no stranger to teaching music to little ones.  For 7 years, she taught music to children in a small group setting and also taught weekly in an early education public school program for two years.  After taking a year off from teaching, she is excited to hear that Miss Polly’s Music Class is expanding to the Indianapolis area and is pleased to be a part of the team.

Miss Christina has a Bachelor of Science in Vocal Performance and Theatre from Indiana University.  While there, she performed in many productions on campus and was a member of the Singing Hoosiers.

Miss Christina and her husband Tim have 3 boys.  When the boys were much younger, she took them to a music class and that’s where she learned the value of early music education.  When all the boys went to school full time, she took the opportunity to start teaching music to little ones.  She absolutely loves to witness the wonder and freedom that children have as they listen and respond to music.

When not teaching, Miss Christina loves to travel, read, spend time with friends and family, and attend many theatre and music productions around Indianapolis.

Miss Christina hopes to make music with your little one!

Miss Haley

Miss Haley is starting her second year with Miss Polly's Music Class, and was an elementary school teacher for 3 years before having kids! After staying home with her first son, she began bringing him to Music Class and fell in love with the music and the learning she could see in the young children. After teaching for a year, she is even more passionate about seeing musical and social growth in her students!

Miss Haley has an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University, and has a deep passion for helping young kids grow and learn. She takes a special interest in creating relationships with each child to help them feel safe and excited to be in music class!

Having lived in Columbus her whole life, Miss Haley is thrilled to be providing this class in her community. She loves living in Columbus with her husband and two young boys! She enjoys taking her children on play dates to local parks and events, traveling (especially to Disney), and spending time with her family and friends.

Miss Haley hopes to get the chance to teach your little one!

Miss Maddie

This will be Miss Maddie’s first year of teaching with Miss Polly’s Music Class!  After having taken her daughter, Charlotte, to the summer pop-up music classes, Maddie loved the learning and social environment the classes offered...so she decided to inquire to become an instructor!

Before having Charlotte, Miss Maddie was an elementary teacher for three years.  With an undergraduate degree in elementary education from Indiana University Bloomington, Miss Maddie has a passion for letting little ones learn together through various learning styles. Originating from the Chicagoland area, Miss Maddie and her husband Nick decided to move to Columbus after college. They have now been here for four years and have grown to love the area, and the people in it. Outside of Music Class, she is a stay-at-home mom that loves to read, watch Disney movies with Charlotte, walk her dog Ronnie, exercise, and take Charlotte on play-dates.

Miss Maddie hopes to make music with your little one!
