Classes here are for families enrolled at the Child Development Program only.
The Music Class New Orleans and CDP are proud to partner to offer the TMC Schools program.
CLASS INFORMATION
30-minute classes are offered on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 and 10:00. The 9:30 class is for children in our toddler classrooms. The 10:00 class is for children in our preschool classrooms. We will meet 11 times during the fall semester. The total fee is $187, which includes the music collection for families to take home.
Class dates are:
September 9, 16, 23, 30
October 7, 14, 21, 28
November 4, 11, 18
In the event that we need to cancel a class during the session for any reason, a makeup class will be held on December 2nd.

About our classes
The Music Class offers fun-filled, interactive music classes! Join us for singing, dancing, and instrument play—all designed to nurture your child’s musical potential in a joyful and supportive environment. Families also receive our award-winning music through our app, making it easy to enjoy the songs at home and support your child’s musical development through everyday listening.
About our teacher
Rayshaughn is a multidisciplinary performing artist and educator based in New Orleans. For nearly 2 decades, Rayshaughn has been devoted to the world of performing arts - doing musicals, choirs, writing songs, and playing instruments throughout their childhood and through college. They graduated with both a Bachelor of Music in Music Business and a Bachelor of Science in Musical Theatre from Northwestern State University, and currently serve as a private vocal coach. Rayshaughn is thrilled to work with The Music Class to bring music education to the next generation!

- Select the 9:30 class if your child is in a toddler classroom.
- Select the 10:00 class if your child is in a preschool classroom.
