Welcome to The Music Class New Orleans

The Music Class New Orleans is an early childhood music education company designed to unleash the musical potential of infants, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Featuring award-winning music that is loved by both children and their caregivers, research-based curricula, and top-notch teacher training, TMC provides a high standard of excellence in the field of early childhood music education.

We are now taking registrations for Winter 2022, featuring The Bunny Collection!

Anna Quinn

Anna Quinn

Anna Laura Quinn is a New Orleans-based vocalist and bandleader who is rapidly gaining notice for her particular blend of contemporary jazz, well-loved tunes from the American Songbook, French and Brazilian music, and more. She received her Masters in Jazz Studies from University of New Orleans in May 2021, and released her first full length album entitled Open the Door in February 2022. Anna's work is propelled by her unwavering dedication to music, visual art, collaboration, and education. As an educator and music facilitator, she hopes to invite people of all ages to step into their inherent musicality and to experience the joy of singing, both individually and in community.

Ashley Cotonio

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years experience working on various mental health issues. She moved back to New Orleans in 2021 with her family, Pierce (5yo) and daughter Palmer (16mo), after 20 years in the Atlanta area. In Atlanta, she participated in The Music Class with Pierce starting at 6 months old until he was three and half, after many great times and making some everlasting friendships she wanted to provide the same experience with Palmer and not seeing many options to do the same in the New Orleans area, the idea of bring the program to New Orleans was hatched and now is super excited to not only be a part of Little Notes Music Hall, but to be one of the first families to join the Fall Session.

Autumn Dominguez

Autumn Dominguez

Though Autumn is an accomplished professional saxophonist, vocalist, and band-leader; she has a passion for sharing her love of music with students of all ages! Autumn received her bachelor’s in Jazz Studies/Saxophone Performance from the University of Arizona in 2019 and has been teaching and performing ever since. She moved to New Orleans earlier this summer and is enjoying discovering the city!

Catherine Comardelle

Catherine is so excited to be joining The Music Class NOLA! As a board-certified music therapist, Catherine knows how important music is to development and creating special bonds between children and their adults. Catherine graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with her bachelor of music therapy concentration in voice in 2018. After completing her internship in Ft. Lauderdale, she has worked with children, teens, and older adults in the New Orleans area as a music therapist and music instructor for beginner voice and piano. She also sings at Holy Name of Jesus Church!

Keighley Cotonio

Owner/Director: Little Notes Music Hall

After 20 years in the Atlanta area working in marketing and advertising, Keighley and his family, wife Ashley, son Pierce(age 5) and daughter Palmer (16 months), moved back to their hometown of New Olreans in 2021. In Atlanta, they were introduced to The Music Class® where they participated in classes for 3 years with their son and wanted to do the same with their daughter. After finding a gap in early childhood music education, decided to bring the program to the New Orleans area to share the joy, the parent & me experience and the introduction to other parents that we experieced during our time at The Music Class®.

Sarah Matthews

I love Music! Sarah believes in the power of Music, especially in the early developmental years. It's a universal language in itself that everyone can relate to and learn from. After receiving a bachelor's degree in Pre-Music Therapy and continuing on to earn a Masters of Arts in Teaching with an emphasis on Special Education, she was a special educator for 15 years in grades PK-8. While in the classroom, she helped her students learn through using music.
