The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra presents Music for The Very Young
in partnership with The Music Class
The Music Class at the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra is housed inside the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown Atlanta. In addition to our regular 45-minute mixed-age classes, families enjoy a special "Meet the Musician" experience each week, with live instrument demonstrations by members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. It's an extraordinary opportunity for the youngest music lovers to get up close with world-class musicians and their instruments.
The Music Class offers research-based education programs designed to unleash the musical potential of infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. TMC is an international program based right here in Atlanta. We are also a family-owned and operated business! Many of our ATL teachers can be heard on the award-winning original music you receive in class.
Conveniently located near the Arts Center MARTA station, this location is easy to reach from Midtown, Ansley Park, Home Park, West Midtown, and beyond.
"Meet the Musician" occurs between TMC classes from 11:00 - 11:30 am. This means that families in the 10:15 class should plan to stay after class, and families in the 11:30 class should arrive early.

Park in the Woodruff Arts Center parking garage, entrance located on the east side of Arts Center Way NE between 15th St NE and 16th St NE. Park in an available spot in the deck not marked reserved and take your parking ticket into class. Parking is $10.00 after validation is received in class. Make sure you get your validation sticker and apply it to your parking ticket before leaving.
Once parked, take the elevator to the ground level and follow signs to enter the symphony hall. Classes are held in the "Event Room" located on the second floor. There are stairs that lead to the second floor or you can take the elevator. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class to allow time for parking and walking to class.

- The full session is 10 weeks. Fall registration includes The Giraffe Collection music on The Music Class app. Songbooks are provided to all families except for those receiving a Repeat Collection Discount.
- All classes meet once a week for 45 minutes.
- Classes start the week of August 8 - 14. Classes end the week of October 20 - 26.
- No classes September 5 - 7 (Labor Day), September 12 - 13 (Rosh Hashanah), September 21 (Yom Kippur), September 22 - 25 (TMC Fall Break)
- 4-week segments are available in some classes beginning August 3. Late registrations are always welcome and prorated!

"Join Waitlist" indicates the class is sold out. Families are welcome to join the waitlist and will be contacted if a spot opens up!
