The Music Class Atlanta Terms and Conditions


Placement Process
When we receive your registration we will do everything we can to place you in the class you requested. We will contact you as soon as possible if we are not able to place you in a class of your choice. Your credit card will not be processed until you are placed in a class.

 

Class Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Our classes require a minimum of 6 students. In the event that a class is canceled, we will contact you and work with you to either place you in an alternate class of your choice or issue a full refund.

 

Class Request Verification Email
You will receive an email verifying your registration request shortly after completing your web registration. This does not verify class placement, but instead that we have received your request.

 

Placement Confirmation Email
When you are placed in a class you will receive an email titled "Registration Placement Confirmation". The confirmation email will indicate the class we placed you in, the amount charged, the class location, and the date of the first class. Please read your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there is any discrepancy.

 

Makeup Classes and Absences
You can find our detailed makeup and absence policy here. Extra makeup classes are always allowed in case of illness!

 

Refunds
You can find our detailed refund policy here. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the posted Refund Policy.

 

Interest List Classes
Interest list classes are created when families express interest in adding a certain class time/date to the schedule, but we are not sure if enough families will enroll for the class to make. Interest list classes are usually posted after the session starts, and will turn into a "real class" if enough families register to meet our minimum class size requirement. Repeat Collection Discount
Families who were previously enrolled in a class that used the same materials as the current registration request will receive a repeat collection discount. The discount will be applied automatically when you checkout. Families receiving this discount will not receive a new set of materials this session. Please contact our office if you would like to get a new set of materials instead of the discount.
